W dniach 16-19.09.2013r. Wiesław Świątnicki uczestniczył w konferencji Nano and Advanced Materials Workshop and Fair, NAMF 2013, na której przedstawił referat nt. Production of nanocrystalline structure in steels by heat treatment process.

W dniach 8-13.09.2013r. Wiesław Świątnicki uczestniczył w konferencji European Congress and Exhibition on Advanced Materials and Proceses EUROMAT 2013, odbywającej się w Sevilli.

W trakcie konferencji Wiesław Świątnicki przedstawił poster nt. Formation of nanocrystalline bainite in carburized surface layers of structural steels by austempering heat treatment austorstwa: Kamil Wasiluk, Krzysztof Wasiak, Emilia Skołek, Wiesław Świątnicki.

W dniach 12-13.09.2013 mgr inż. Krzysztof Wasiak oraz mgr inż. Kamil Wasiluk wzięli udział w XVI Seminarium Seco/Warwick: Nowoczesne trendy w obróbce cieplnej w Łagowie. Podczas seminarium przedstawiony został referat nt. Wytwarzanie struktury nanokrystalicznej w warstwach wierzchnich stali po nawęglaniu próżniowym autorstwa K. Wasiak, K. Wasiluk, E. Skołek, W. Świątnicki, J. Szawłowski, M. Sut, M. Bazel, M. Korecki, J. Krasoń.

W dniach 8-11 września 2013 roku mgr inż. Piotr Pawluk wziął udział w konferencji 3rd International Conference on Material Modelling I corporating 13th European Mechanics of Materials Conference w Warszawie, na której wygłosił referat Experimental verification of phase composition obtained for computational modeling of phase transformations based on displacive mechanism in low alloy steels after quenching or austempering autorstwa: P. Pawluk, A. Brehier, W. Świątnicki.
